Dave & Sandy Kuenzi

Dave & Sandy grew up in Cedar Rapids, however Dave’s job transferred us to Arizona in 2006. We found ourselves in a desert place without family. God led us to Calvary fellowships in Arizona where we met people who became our family. We served in various capacities including Sunday School, Marriage Ministries, Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies and Home Group ministry.

After 15 years, our prayer to move back to Iowa to be close to our kids was answered in November of 2020. We are now within driving distance to both our children & 3 grandchildren! We were excited to visit Calvary Community because of the Arizona connection. This fellowship immediately embraced us and we felt at home. We are blessed to be a part of the vision To Reach, Teach, Mend and to Send.

We currently serve as Growth Group Leaders. Our task is to coordinate servants to lead, and/or to host a home group and to make placements of participants. We host and lead a small group in our home as well. You may also occasionally see us at the Sunday School desk helping with Check ins.
